Queen Creek Bulldogs class of '98

Our 10 year reunion was Oct. 18th it made me feel really old but then young again seeing all my old classmates. Jose and I have gone to school with some of them since elementry it was neat to see them and hang out again of course some of them I see all the time which is an added bonus. We went to the homecoming football game on Fri. and then on Sat. we went to a place called Casa Blanca and opened our time capsule which was destroyed when they were making the old high school into the middle school. But it was really cool because mine and Jose's IDs were stuck together-we thought it was funny. Well it was a fun weekend being 17 again!!

Bella is 3 MONTHS!!!

I canit belive my princess is already three months! She runs this house for sure her Daddy and her brothers are wrapped around her finger- ok I am too(: I can't help it she just so darn cute.

Wrestling pictures from June

I just had to post these it was Seths first year wrestling and as you can see he was doing pretty good on top. He won his first match and took second place all together at the tournament loosing once (I think Jose shed a few). Seth was pretty pumped up about his medal and his muscles. Denen the champ took first place and I swear he wore that medal for a week asking if I wanted to wear it too. I absolutly love watching my boys wrestle -it is a lot for me to not want to run out on that mat and pin that little boy myself it takes self control along with LOTS of screaming and cheering. Well the season doesn't start until March and this time I'll have three boys to watch Zavier is going to do it too I think he's already picked up a few moves from his brothers- I guess it helps having a wrestling mat in your garage at least thats what Jose says to justify it.

My BABY is 8 YEARS OLD TODAY!!!

Ok maybe it's because I just had a baby and my hormones are crazy but I have been looking at pictures and crying because I can't believe how fast my Denen has grown! I can't believe I became a mother for the first time 8 years ago today. I wish we could rewind time to go back to those fun ages and then come back to present but never fast forward it goes fast enough. My baby is going to be baptized and be in cub scouts he is so excited to grow up and do these things. He is an amazing little boy I am so grateful to my Heavenly Father for him he is so special he always brings a smile and makes me laugh- he always has some smart alec remark he is a little bit like his dad. Happy Birthday to My DENEN our family would not be functional without you!!

Ok so Jami tagged me I am suppossed to write 3 joys, 3 fears, 3 obsessions/collections, and 3 suprising facts and then tag 5 people well here it goes:

JOYS
I love waking up in the morning and seeing all three boys snuggled up hugging eachother on one twin sized bed asleep.

I love the smell, soft skin and hair of a brand new baby- (especially my brand new baby girl Bella).

I love it when Zavier sings "I am a child of God" it makes me cry.(I had no idea he knew it until one day I caught him playing while singing it- I guess they do pay attention)

Ok I know I am only supposed to say three but I love mine and Jose's late night pillow talks its like a slumber party with my best friend every night.

FEARS
One of my children getting sick with a terminal illness or of one of my babies dying.

Loosing my husband and having to raise my children without their father.

One of my children falling away from the gospel and never come back.

OBSESSIONS/COLLECTIONS
Ok I am a hygienist and I am obsessed with clean teeth after I brush my teeth at night I will not eat or drink juice - only water. I do the same with my boys they hate the rule "no eating after you brush your teeth"

I am obsessed with my kids clothes and shoes whenever they go some where to spend the night or to the babysitter I want all their socks, clothes and shoes back- I pretty much have their wardrobe memorized so I know if I'm missing something. Jose and his mom and sister think its funny how I obsess over it.

Well I usually have phases where I obsess about a certain thing so right now I am obsessed with making bows for Bella to match all of her outfits. Who knows what I will obsess about in a couple of months.

SUPRISING FACTS
Ok it is gross but I like to pick I am a picker- maybe that is why I chose my profession I like to pick tarter of peoples teeth especially when there is a lot and it's black it will just fly off with my instrument (ok maybe too graphic sorry). I also like to pick pimples I can't stand seeing a pimple that is white- but I don't like picking other peoples just mine and Jose's and when my kids get them in the future they will hate me- if it's an issue we will defintely see a dermatologist I feel bad for kids who have bad acne.

I grew up with three older brothers so I had to hold my own. Well in grade school none of the boys messed with me but one little boy was lifting up my friend Beckys dress so I gave him a bloody nose - I was quite the tom boy even though I dressed like a girl my parents insisted I act like a lady-I eventually grew out of that stage and found makeup and boys to be interesting.

Jose and I have gone to school together since 3rd grade but we did'nt kow eachother until 6th grade when we were in the same class Mrs. Winfield and I hated him with a passion he would tease me in computer class all the time he was so mean who new I would fall in love and we would wind up happily married with four beautiful babies.

Ok I really did forget my blog address instead of putting .blogspot I was using @blogspot so does that count as a good excuse for not doing anything since March?

Well let me give an update -the boys did wrestling in April and June it was Seths first year he is a nateral just like Denen -Jose was just beaming with pride of course I cried when he won and he was so excited to get a medal. They look so dang cute in those little singlets. I do have pictures but I can't download the pictures off my camera for some reason probably my amazing skill with electronics - so I can't show any newborn pictures of Bella either. Well I wound up having my little princess Bella on July 23rd 2008 she weighed 8 lb 5 oz and 21in. she is healthy and absolutely adorable and loved beyond measure by her brothers and parents. Zavier can't get enough of her and Denen won't let her cry and Seth insists on babysitting her all the time while I cook or clean. I can't be happier with my family.

But I do have some adorable 3 week old pictures of Bella that Sherri took they turned out so cute. I will figure out my camera and post the others later.

Can Not Wait

Ok I just can not wait until this baby is here I went for my doctors appt. and then went for a tour of the new hospital Banner Gateway and just seeing all the little baby stuff I am so excited to meet her, and I know Jose is too he is always asking if she is awake he says he hopes she is chunky so he can give her lots of little spankins. I am thinking of Izabella Rose the boys are already calling her Bella Zavier says it so cute!

The cabin in Heber

We went up to Jose's parents cabin last weekend and played in the snow. The boys had so much fun. I couldn't keep them from eating the snow so instead of fighting it I told them to make sure it wasn't yellow! There was a hill not far from the cabin so we went sleding it was so much fun. Denen went down the hill so fast he couldn't get enough of it but Seth decided to roll down the hill and he got soaked. Zavier and I went down the hill and I don't think my doctor would have approved - Zavier hated it. Jose didn't go with us he was a party pooper he had to stay home and do some work around the house.

ITS FINALLY OUR GIRL

Ok I am sorry it has taken ne so long to post this on my blog but this is no joke it really is a girl!!!! I can't believe it! And believe me I know what to look for in an ultrasound for a boy and there was definately no sign of that and he said there was no doubt about it she is 100% a girl. I still won't believe it until they place her in my arms. My mom and my mother in law were there and this will be Jose's moms 8th grand baby but her first grand daughter you can imagine the tears she had well we all had tears. Not to mention she has five sons and one daughter.
It's so funny because I was the youngest of three boys and we were spaced out the same way my children are what a coincidence. Well at least I will be able to relate to her because I have definately been there done that with three big brothers. She will love it but now I wonder if she will want a sister because I used to cry to my mom for a sister all the time when I was little. I would lock myself in the bathroom and play with a doll I hid under the sink I refused to let my mom see her because the doll was my sister named Julie (I named her after one of my best friends), I swear I would make my mother feel awful and cry. I was really mean to her about it but I was only five and couldn't understand my mom had a hysterectomy I told her Heavenly Father could do anything and that made her feel worse. So I wonder is it pay back time?

Zavier got his cast off on Friday!! I could not wait to take him he has this nose fetish and he always is reaching to rub my nose and my gosh did that cast smell!! Our family was looking forward to this day. Also Zavier was going crazy because it itched him he was shoving all kinds of things into his cast I had to fish out Seth nintendo DS pen thing out of his cast or Seth was going to strangle Zavier. Well when they took of the cast they found a little metal spatula and as you can see it left an imprint that stayed for an hour after he got his cast off. The doctor was not happy with me he said it could've left a permanent tatoo if it was there long enough- I had no idea he shoved that in his cast to itch- well the PA thought it was funny and thank goodness he doesn't have a metal spatula tatoo on his arm how would he explain that one.

Happy Birthday Zavier

Happy Birthday Zavier!!! He turned three on Jan. 3rd and he also got his cast on. I was very happy with the color selection. Jose took him to Dairy Queen after his appointment and he was showing everyone his cast. He got home to show his brothers and of course decided to drop elbows on them I think there is too much UFC on our TV sometimes.

Happy New Year

Zavier knew how to bring in the New Year with a big bang! He fell in the back yard and broke his arm and I took him too Urgent Care where they splinted it until I could get him in for a cast. He was very proud to show it off.

Christmas morning

My boys Love to dress up as super heros what boy doesn't I guess but they were so excited Christmas morning and as usual they were wrestling.

Happy Birthday Seth

Ok so I'm about a month behind but my excuse is December is just way too crazy. We had a little get together at our house for Seths Birthday on Dec. 18th he turned the big five and he had to wear his costume for his spiderman party. I love you Sethers Happy Birthday!!
